.Xiaomi has a culture of making quality smartphones at an affordable price, it is in line with this culture that the Xiaomi Mi 9t was born.

Xiaomi Mi 9t

While you may be stuck with making a decision on which phone to buy, I’m here to give you reasons why the Xiaomi Mi 9t should be top on your list.

The Xiaomi Mi 9t comes with a 6.39 inches HDR screen, covered with corning gorilla glass 5.

The notch has been completely removed and what you have is a full screen phone with minimal bezels, this gives you more screen estate to watch movies, browse web and play your favourite games.

At the back of the phone is a corning gorilla 5 as well with an aluminium frame at the middle.

So there’s no plastic whatsoever covering the phone at all, it’s all glass and aluminium. Premium stuff. It doesn’t get more premium than this.

One thing about Xiaomi is they don’t disappoint.
With the Mi 9t, Xiaomi didn’t disappoint as well.

The Xiaomi Mi 9t has a three camera set up at the back with 48, 8 and 13 megapixels respectively.

The 48mp camera is the primary camera, it takes normal wide shots.
The 8mp camera takes telephoto shots and the 13mp camera is an ultra-wide camera.

When you take a picture with your Xiaomi Mi 9t, it captures the image with the three cameras all serving different functions, the three images are then processed into one amazing picture that is sure to wow you. The power of a ‘three camera camera’ is better felt and experienced than admired from a distance.

On the front of the Xiaomi Mi 9t is the motorized 20mp pop up selfie camera.
For the notch to be successfully removed, a pop up camera had to be introduced.

This camera pops up whenever it is needed, and with a 20mp lens, the selfie camera is a head turner whenever it shows up.

Combine 48mp+8mp+13mp back cameras with a 20mp front camera, ain’t you salivating at the thought already?

For someone like me, the processor of this phone is the most interesting part of it.
This phone comes with Qualcomm Snapdragon SDM730 chipset.

This is a very new processor, it was announced by Qualcomm four months ago, and I dare say the Xiaomi Mi 9t is one of the first phones to use the chipset.

Now not only is the processor new, it is really fast, built with 8nm process, the efficiency of the processor and power conservation is top notch.

Another thing I love about this chipset is the X15 LTE modem it comes with.

That modem is like the fastest 4G modem you can get right now, it offers amazing browsing and downloading speeds.

Nothing about this phone is slow, the phone is a beast.

This phone comes with a 4,000 mah battery, but that’s not all.
It has an 8nm processor which means more battery efficiency.

Combine the efficiency of the 8nm processor with a 4,000 mah battery and you have a workhorse that never gets tired of working.

For comparison purposes, my Redmi 7 has a 4000mah battery with a 14nm processor, yet it serves me well.

Imagine what you can do with a 4000mah battery paired with a 8nm processor that is extremely fast plus a 6gb RAM, I know, just imagine it. 😉

This Xiaomi Mi 9t  phone goes for ₦119,500 as at the time of making this post.
It’s actually the best phone you can get at that price, no jokes.

For the sake of comparison, the Oppo F11 Pro sells for ₦139,000, Samsung Galaxy A70 sells for ₦123,000 and they are the closest competitors the Xiaomi Mi 9t have.

But guess what? The Xiaomi Mi 9t wins them.
When it comes to value for money, Xiaomi always wins.

The Xiaomi culture has always been about making quality smartphones affordable to phone users, and that culture is evident with the Xiaomi Mi 9t, you get to pay ₦119,500 for a phone that could well be worth over ₦150k.

You can order for your Xiaomi Mi9t on Jumia and they will have it delivered to your doorsteps.

Side note: Do you know that all Xiaomi devices come with an infrared sensor as a standard feature? This infrared sensor allows you control all your home appliances with your phone, TV, DVD, AC, Home Theatre, Lights, Fans, anything at all that uses a remote.
Some other phone manufacturers only include it in their flagship devices, but Xiaomi includes it in all their devices – value for money.

Let’s talk, what’s your best feature of the Xiaomi Mi 9t?
If you have a budget of 120k to buy a new phone, are you gonna buy the Xiaomi Mi 9t or a Xiaomi Mi 9t?
